INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM
Our ships have the most advanced SCADA-type control & monitoring system.
It maintains and predicts all the required parameters that ensure the fish well-being.
OXYGENATION
The water recirculation design in the hauls allows an even flow in the whole volume.
In addition, the O2 injection systems guarantee that the fish are properly oxygenated.
UV DISINFECTION
State-of-the-art UV reactors disinfect the water flow during each transfer, both for recirculation and for discharge into the sea (UV in – UV out), protecting both the cargo and the environment.
OPEN OR CLOSED TRANSPORTATION
Depending on the client’s needs, we can carry out trips with open or closed system (RSW), complying with the most rigorous quality, health, and environmental standards.
CO2 CONTROL
Degassers eliminate CO2 from the holds in the case of fish transport in closed mode.
ABIOTIC PARAMETERS’ SENSORS
Of vital importance when transporting fish in closed mode, the boat has predictive systems that automatically alert and take corrective measures if any parameter anomaly is detected.
AUTOMATIC WASHING AND DISINFECTION
Completely automated system. Washes the hauls and circuits used in each trip.
FRESHWATER PRODUCTION FOR BATHS
Reverse osmosis plant in Orca Yka for freshwater generation (up to 3,000 m3/day).
This water is used for fish baths, the latest and most effective treatment for Caligus up to date, promoting the welfare of both fish and the environment.
SFI TREATMENT SYSTEM
Sea Farm Innovation is a system to combat sea lice by injecting water at controlled pressure through two quick-flow chambers.
